eur(elle) is the artist name chosen by Neil Eurelle, a singer / songwriter and record producer from Dublin, Ireland. He has been involved in music all his adult life, writing, recording and touring with indie-rock band Stand from a very early age to currently playing with alt-rock band Empire Circus.
eur(elle) has just completed his debut solo album titled “Dark Chromatic”.
With influences ranging from Francis and the Lights, Sigur Rós & Bon Iver to Jarryd James, Tom Walker & Villagers, eur(elle) creates what he describes as “honest, cinematic soundscapes, full of uplifting melancholy”. The 11 tracks which form the “Dark Chromatic” album chronicle all the love, light, darkness and death he has experienced while living (& dreaming). His voice radiates a mysterious soulful warmth. The lyrics are open and direct.
There are hints of Indie Rock, R&B and Folk all mixed with slight touches of Electronica throughout his sound.
