Electric Shore are a three piece alternative rock band from Ratoath Co. Meath. The band was formed in 2012, and has seen three childhood friends grow into aspiring collaborative musicians that are eager to take the Irish music scene on head first.
2019 has seen Electric Shore go from strength to strength, key moments include being featured in the staple Irish publication 'Hot Press'. As well as being invited to RTE Studio 8 for their very own live session. To top it off, the band have the pleasure of playing a host of headline gigs that have had an overwhelming amount of support.
To finish the year off on yet another high, Electric Shore are set to release their fourth single of 2019 titled “Breathe” on the 20th of December. As always, the band are continuously striving to hone their skills as writers and musicians. For this track they hoped to blend rock, pop and inventive musical textures that enhance, not distract from the heart of the lyrics. 'Breathe' documents the collapse of a fractured relationship, one which cannot be salvaged. The lyrics describe the struggles of this one sided love story.
