Dirty Words combine the energy and passion of spoken word poetry with melodic rock and jazz influences.
The band consists of award-winning poet Colin Hassard and multi-instrumentalists Ashley Manners and Seonaid Murray.
As well as performing at the Imagine Festival, Sunflowerfest and as the closing act for the NI Human Rights Festival, the band have supported the likes of Duke Special, Gavin James and The Mad Dalton. Dirty Words’ eclectic debut album Age of the Microwave Dinner was released in 2018 to rave reviews.
